Highly reccomended. Check out this thread:oem part? Oh yeah, thank you Robthe54! Since this is Member's Rides Talk I might as well show you guys a picture of my car. It's been washed and waxed not too long ago, so it looks shiny.

All of that information is in the thread I linked to, but in short... It goes under the tie rods and it removes wheel hop. It stiffens the front of the car and I don't hear weird groaning noises when going over bumps anymore.

VTEC01EX is an unknown quantity at this point
So the 02 EX has one, but the 01 EX doesn't? Hmmm... might be a good investment. Did you feel a difference after using two bolts as opposed to one on each side?

Not sure about the difference, I haven't driven it out yet. I will today in not too long though. I just woke up. ::yawn::
Yeah, I know that 2002 EX's have it, I'm not sure what other models have it. If you read that whole thread you'll see that there's two different types of bars. One is straight (stock) and one has a bend in it in the middle (the one I have). It's also entitled "performance" on Majestic Honda's website. I'll have to compare it to a stock bar when I get a chance, 'cause to me it looks thicker too.
