i've been looking in on this subject my self, and it sounds like dc sports has the best sound but the worst performance, and other companies like a'pexi, magnaflow, and skunk2, have the performance but sound like a go kart as you put it, greddy seems to be a good balance of both but has alluminum piping in sted of steel so it is not going to last as long, and i have not heard much about tanabe. don't get me wrong i think all these cat backs are fine and i will probablie go with the n1 from a'pexi my self, so just listen to sound clips that seems to be the best advice any one is giving.

the greddy catback system sounds really good. i also like the dc sports tcs exhaust. performance wise....you probably wont feel much of a difference with any exhaust for our cars unless you have an intake and header as well.

skunk2 if you have the ex model and thermal R&D if you have an lx.

don't worry about performance, they;re all about the same. anyway you won't get mcuh from one anyways unless you have other mods.

Thermal, greddy or apexi. You can get a thermal for an EX.

This topic is always hard to answer because its what you like but basically all the foremetioned exhausts are good just depends on the sounds but as far as perofrmance the Tanabe has been dynoed to have the best Hp and torque gains for our cars but go with what you want youll be the one spending the money and having to ride with it so best of luck
