Need Opinions [Bypass or Eyebrows&PIAA Wiaper]

Where I got my BodyKit NopiNationals,
they gave me a $70 credit after my purchase,

so I'm not sure what to get but I've decided on either an

AEM Bypass Valve

or i can get

APC Eyebrows & PIAA Super Duper wiper blade?

or any other suggestions?

I would get the AEM Bypass cause it may solve my vibration in rain problem but I've heard
that the bypass valve is useless and doesn't help...... so it wouldn't be too fun getting something that is useless

if you absolutely had to go with one of those two options... choose the second one, you can get an AEM bypass for much cheaper locally...
