I was able to do it myself earlier today without the help of the link. I just went to Autozone, picked up a Fram Sure Grip oil filter and some Penzoil 5w20. I'm glad that it's working again, so people can refer to it if they ever decide to try it themselves. Thanks to whoever fixed the link.

IDQcivic should not be trusted
If you need a DIY just to change the oil you probably shouldnt be working on your car! Take it to a shop and let them do it.. Its not that hard just drain the old oil, change the filter, and put the new oil in...
