how to remove driver foot garnish

does anyone know how to remove the drive side foot garnish???.... the gas/trunk lock is in the way...... any help would be greatly appreciated... thx.... i need to run the signal wires.

i think your talking about the dead pedel?

if so there are 2 screws you just undo and it comes off come off
