use the headlight clearing DIY for info on how to remove the bumper... once the bumper is off all you need to do is remove about 4 screws and a coupla clips and that'll remove the grill... pm me if you have any specific questions... but overall the hardest part is removing the bumper... good luck

Hey iluvbritney, I just recieved mine yesterday from them too. It's easy to install once you get the bumper off. Use the DIY from GRILLCRAFT and you'll be all right. Oh, and you don't necessarily need somebody to help you pull your bumper, just be very careful and don't let it fall on the ground.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. If you want some pics of how it looks with the bumper off, and on and with the new grill, check out my member's ride page. (linked below)

rijowysock will become famous soon enough
does anybody know where i can just buy a template of the grill. i have pleny of the mesh stainless steel at my house from my dad and his work. but dont really have time to take off bumper to outline the grill. anybody that has the new grill can you simply outline the egdes onto a piece of paper (need like 4 or 5 pieces of paper most likely) and send them to me if so email me at email or AIM at rijowysock. you can probably send it really cheap considering its only paper and in return i'll ship you some $$$ for your troubles...

I thought the reason for this group was to assist other owners with their cars. These types of comments help no one! If you find this lack of searching so annoying why bother to respond

I noticed that nytejade has been quite passionate about searching... there are people on this site that are willing to help another member out, even if it is repetitive... and then there are people like you that read posts just to tell them to search...

take it easy... sometimes people would just rather have others give personalized input instead of reading other peoples posts and issues...

It's annoying to see the same posts over and over again. Not only is it going to slow the site down ( when you search it has to do through ALL of those messages. Even the repetetive ones that you don't mind ) but it's going to add a lot of clutter. It's better to have one thread will all the information on a topic, rather than have 10 threads with a little bit of information in each. I usually don't complain about searching. Actually, I think this is only the first time I've ever done it. The point is, this topic has been abused. The fact that this thread was started proves that the person didn't even bother searching.... Fine, you don't mind the repetetiveness, than you better be willing to donate when the site owner has to upgrade servers.

Edit : I'm just looking out for everyone's best interest. You'll thank me later.

Has anyone tried to paint the mesh part of there grills? I bought a all balck plastic one, and I was wondering how it would look if I painted the mesh part silver. Does anyone have pics of their grills?
