Mid-Atlantic Tysons Corner meet review & pics
the meet started at 1pm and officially ended at 6pm, 14 Civics in all. We met up at Tysons Corner mall in VA and chilled for an hour, until mall security told us to relocate. so we headed to the park as planned to hang out a bit longer before heading off to storm a mcdonalds 
we didn't all go as a group as planned though 
Taz did an excellent job installing my AEM SRI! when we took off to eat I was thrown into my back seat after 3,000rpm 
we had several drive by revvings and 2 people actually came to check us out. we also 0wn3d a ford escort [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] below you'll find some pics and a video of theguysmiley at his best.

Well I got my side skirts in so the front and the sides are getting painted so next time we all meet i will have everything on. But All these meet pics i see. If there are ever any inca pearl civics there are only one if any at all. Next time I will be there with incacivic. So he dont fell left out.

Also, the DDR was funny, especially when security pulled up and all he could see was me on the other side of my car jumping up and down [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] . Sorry I had to dip out so early guys, but I did get to take a few runs around the "skidpad", for those of you who saw .

Well I post this in the mid atlantic part. there will be a show at dinwiddie in richmond on oct 19th the show is xtreme nationals. I'm going to be showing there so i say that we all go to the show. and show our cars there. So that way everyone can see the 2k1's representing real big.

Figured I would add my comments about the meet. It was great to meet some new people from the board and hang out. The video game thingy was SO funny. I can't believe you guys actually did that! I have a couple pictures that I'll post tomorrow.

Rep Power: 482 Yes, that definately was a fun meet. I was surprised to have as many people there as we did. If memory serves me correctly, we had 12 coupes and 2 Si's.
Meeting at Tyson's Corner was definately fun. Hooking up the PSX and TV and busting out DDR was even better. [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] Too bad we really didn't get to play a whole lot because of security.
And Mex, you're welcome for the SRI install. See? Toldja it wasn't as hard as it looked. Just got to remember to put the right compression rings in the right spot.
Everybody had sweet cars. I hate to admit it, but I think both Steph and her car were the best things out there. I'm still having nightmares of that damned car smiling at me though!
I'll have to yank the images off my camera in the next few days and post them up. I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted to though. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]
I'm all about another meet whenever. Definately looking forward to it. Not looking forward to the 4 hour drive each way though. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG] That was killer, espically getting off of 495 back onto 95 south to come home. ~30 minutes of stop-n-go traffic. Then I hit traffic on 64E around Newport News/Hampton which sucked. I'd probably do it all again though. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
It was nice actually meeting everybody and putting faces with names. Glad I decided to make the trip. Next time you all can come down to my place and we can cruise the strip on Atlantic Avenue. I think it'd be funny seeing a line of ~15 7G Civics all rolling in a pack down the strip. [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]
smiley: Sorry about that. I thought about it after you left the park and I was in my trunk. If you want to mail me a PSX card, I can copy the games over and mail it back. Otherwise, you're going to be playing quite a bit to get all the unlocks on all the mixes.
