Okay, WTF is up with you?
Well, maybe not YOU, but some people.
Why do you insist on putting a huge windshield banner that says "CIVIC" or "HONDA" or "VTEC"? I mean;
A) who, if they cared, wouldnt know the car is or has any of those things? Do you put it there so you dont forget, like how retarded kids look at their underwear when they forget how to spell their last name? Or is it to let the domestic that just burned you know what it just owned by looking in his mirror?
and
B) is any of that REALLY anything to be proud of? "Hey, i drive a honda! it has VTEC!"
Whats the mentality behind this? I mean small "VTEC" decals like the ones on stock Sis or what not are one thing, but this is quite a different matter all together.

Rep Power: 0 Reason behind small decals and banner ones are for people with bad eye sight. You see, some people have poor eye sight and drive impaired. And although they like to race, they still want to know what they're up against. I mean, not every can just listen to an engine and know, hey that's a B16, or B18, or K20, or maybe it's a mustang V8 monster. So they gotta squint their eyes really carefully and the only thing they can look for is the big BIG HONDA CIVIC, POWERED BY HONDA, POWERED BY ACURA , POWERED BY VTEC , VTEC IN ME banners so they know what kinda car they're racing. Other than that, it's stoopid IMO.

As for those Vtech stickers on the side of the SI....If I bought an SI I would have had the dealer take them off....
Personal perference is that stickers are advertising for people. If they don't give you anything for putting that crap on your car, then why should you give them free advertising.
Sponsers I understand, but what the hell.....
I don't want to ride around in a commercialmobile.
Maybe someone can explain this to me.
As for those Vtech stickers on the side of the SI....If I bought an SI I would have had the dealer take them off....

Rep Power: 350 One of the few decals I've seen and liked was a VR6 Jetta with the Intel inside circle thingy on each quarterpanel right infront of each door that said VR6 inside and it was a yellow sticker on a black car. I thought it looked good and gave the car a unique look. Other than that I don't really care much for them.

I wanted a windshield banner, and nothing else appealed to me. I think it looks nice, my friends think it looks nice, most girls have no idea what it is but the know it MUST be cool (two girls came up to me yesteday as I was getting in my car yesterday and said "wow, you have a really cool car"...other than the banner and a few other minor aestetic mods it's a stock Civic...nothing special, but the window banner makes it stand out). Most people in my little town know nothing about import cars (other than maybe seeing F&F) and a lot of them have Mustangs and Camaros and Wranglers and Suburbans and Explorers that mommy and daddy bought them. As far as I know I'm one of the maybe half a dozen or so people at my school who mods their import at all.
