Mirrors under the hood?

Is there any DIY to put some mirror or some stainless under the hood of our car???

Putting some stailess in those triangles......is there a particular way to cut stainless??? Or is it better to buy some real mirrors?
Any suggestions? Every suggestions will be appreciate!

Thanks!

here is how i would do it.

you can get mirrir plexiglass at a good plastics shop, I get all my plexi at a place called tap plastics.

I would take some cardboard or construction paper (last time i used construction paper) and cut it out into the shape i needed. in your case, it would be cut out to be the exact shape of the hood skin shapes.

take all those cutouts to teh shop, and ask them to cut your plexi in those shapes. they take those shapes, tape them to a sheet of mirror plexi, and cut it out to the EXACT (and i really, really mean exact) shapes, which you then take and paste to your hood.

done deal, and itll even look absolutely professionally done.

My opinion,...do not use stainless...it WILL rust and is very expensive...your using the wrong product for what you want....a better material would be polished aluminum sheets..much easier to cut...and costs nothing...I've already done this is the past...just never posted anything on it, because I didn't like the way it turned out..Peace!
