i've been out of this league for while......its actually for my gf's 00 accord, the cd just jammed
i'm just looking for a reasonable HU that can play cd/cdr and have am/fm thats all(oh good looking too)
whats the best HU in that range besides Sony?

You can get the JVC KD-SX980 which plays MP3 cd's for under 200. Carstereo mall has it for 209.99. www.bestpriceausiovideo.com has it for 169.00. @ of my friends have bought this unit from that website and are both 100% satisfied. My one friend has it i his 2k1 civic sedan.
