Just checking to see if anyone from NorCal wants to race their civic against mine at the Sacramento Raceway


Post your times here as I will do so. I have seen only 5 other 7th gens out at the track and I am quicker than all.

wsup mang haven't been on the forum for a week...but yeah...i'm having my cam gear installed next weekend...i might drop by the raceway in 2 weeks...and about the other 7th gens...out of the 5 how many were automatic? get back at me dawg!

As far as I have seen, no one is out ther with a 7th gen and an automatic.

I"m down to race you one time in August....I gotta see how my schedule is first...the only other stick shift I raced was a 93 Celica...and I took it after 2nd gear...but anyhow...that JET ECU upgrade you got on your car....how much of an increase in torque and horsepower did that give you? And was it worth it for you?

Racing envolves more than two racers at a time. Drag racing is called DRAG racing. Why do you think they call them the "runs". Well, I should have known and not expected to here the word laps or autocross on this site. Only a couple do and I bow in their presence. Racing should envolve neurons and not just launch speed and shift points.

did ne 1 got 2day? i juz saw 1 7gen civic there. well i ran my auto civic.lol. i got a 17.1 at 80mph n a reaction time of 1.094(need 2 work on the take-off). i think its better when i don't torque break, its much faster.man..i think i can run a lot fast it i juz put in a couple more parts.well c u guys there next weds.

I got hella work I have to do. I am getting some new tires this weekend,
so I will race out there next week and also for the CMI drags on the 7th and 8th of September.

I'll try to head over to the sac raceway when i get my car back from the shop Sept. 18 but i doubt Honda is going to be on time (got a fat dent in it) afterwards i'm gonna lower the car and maybe put on my Tsunami front bumper and also a Revo SS if i get it that in time.

OCTOBER 2nd. Finally I will have some time off of work to race.
Any other 7th gens gonna be out there? I am still trying to find someone
who can beat my time with their 7th gen. I have heard of one with similar mods plus nitrous hitting high 14's at 92mph.

That's cool.

I ended up breaking out. I dialed in at 16.0 and crossing the finish I was on the breaks heard and hit a 15.9. I was pissed!

I will be racing on New Years Day.
