What's ur opinion...
Tornactive has been selling the Type R kit for a while. I finally found a decent pic of it on a 2dr Civ. I've always thought he was just selling the 4dr kit coz it's not in the states, but the front lip does look different. Looks half decent, actually, a very small kit that's less than the oem kit and more like kits on the old Type Rs... U think?

if u get the kaminari back u have to get the tsunami front..
and i wouldnt get the type R sides.. ive consider kaminari or xenon sides
the type R sides are way tooo thin. .and it wouldnt flush with the rest of the kit!
thats my opinion dont have to listen to it

Hook me up if you're selling yours... I've been thinking of the OEM kit, but $800 + painting + install would still be steep.
But used may be good, given a reasonable line, of coz. Reasonable enough to come before new rims.

ARGH... Always been thinkin' ur car's NBP... Ah well. I'll shove that plan back a couple of months... Konis > Winter tires > Rims > Cat > Kit. No... Couple of years, lol.

I don't see why you should. The OEM kit is decent. My reason for getting a kit (eventually) is the stock look is weird. The sides slant in too quickly, makes the car look like a fish on wheels. On older civs and accords they've bundled small side-skirts to make it look more grounded but for some reason skipped it on the 7th gen. I've been tempted to get just the sides. Do you know if the Type R kit *is* actually smaller (thinner)? Then I can just add the sides for now........

ya, but i really like this kit i'm looking at....but I think it would take me out of the mild division and into the wild with StillMatik and i just CAN'T compete with that......
the sides are the same as the OEM ones.....when ppl say type r kit....it's theOEM kit.....the only difference is there's a four door one that comes with lx sports and a two door one that comes with veloz's..........
all four pieces for each kit is different, but the front lips are interchangeable......the sedan front lip is the thinner of the two, i personally prefer the coupe front lip.....NOT just because i have it though

Well, I was told by a friend not to go with Magnaflow, so I asked Hi Tech Auto, they quoted something like $1200 or smthg outrageous on Apexi rear section. Just wanna see what my options are for other brands. I don't want a loud noise... Actually, as quiet as possible.
