Konig Imagine's or Velox VX-8

I've got a 2k1 civic being painted Suzuka Blue Metallic (see link at bottom for pic) and need to buy rims...

Choices:

1) 18x7.5 Konig Imagine's in Black Opal Link

or
2) 18x7.5 Velox VX-8 in Gunmetal Link

You gotta love the Velox VX8.... I am putting mine on my car tomorrow! I got the silver 17s. Where are you planning on getting them from? Velox had some shipping problems and my rims were on back order since May 1st. Shop around and compare prices.

I'm jealous Deejai35 - still haven't ordered my tires yet but got the VX-8's sitting right here in my office. Can't wait to install them. I'm also waiting on my H&R suspension parts so I can do it all at the same time.

SQCivic: I thought that was a VX8 for your icon. I was trying to find your car in the member's rides this weekend. I wanted to see what the rims look like on a civic. I will post my picks as soon as I get the rims on and the sun is shining

Check out PeteyPablo's ride. He has the white VX-8's on his white Civic. Very sweet.

How much do the Velox wheels weigh in the 17"? Anyone know?

I would say teh Velox VX8 all teh way.

I'm deciding between Those, Konig Absolute in Graphite, and Arospeed RS23 in Gunmetal.

i have gunmetal vx-8's on my car (18's), to me, they look small somehow.... i dont know, but my car is only dropped like 1.75", so maybe if it was lower.... anyways, they're tight.... i'd get them over the imagines ALL DAY!!! imagines look really small because of the design,,,, anyways, all out style, the imagines are slick as hell, but the vx-8's just plain look better when put on a car..... jm2cents

go for the VX-8s.. my brother had some imagines and one of the rivets came off causing air leakage. unless it was a defect, we personally think it was poorly made
