Wheel Offset

I have searched thru the messages and I figured out for a 17x7 you want a 215/45. What I could not find a clear answer on is the correct offset for a 2002 coupe lowered 2" to make sure nothing rubs. If this has been answered before I'm sorry.

I have a 45 offset that is a good place to be. The speedos probably are calibrated different due to the different models having different rim sizes.

Ok thanks, I went with a 42mm on a 17x7 with a 215/45. Hopefully when I drop it there will be no rubbing.
