Possible to change the color of reverse indiglows?

Possible to change the color of reverse indiglows?
So yah I want to buy these cool set of reverse indiglows but they are blue numbers, and I want them in white...so would it be possible to change the color...like is it just like a clear overlay type thing that I can change?

the reverse indiglos themselves are white, right? Now at night it'd be just fine to have white numbers cuz you'd be able to differentiate, but during the day, it'd be a little difficult, wouldn't it?

Interesting point....what about red....? How can I change the color? Do I just buy the gel sheets to change the color?

That's the easy part.....most stage lighting companies have em...look in the phonebook under like Theatrical Equipment or whatever....
