I just got a 2002 Civic VTi Sedan, what do you think I should do first?
Performance, ICE, Cosmetic?
I have a limited budget at the moment due to only being a student, any thoughts would be helpfull.

I would say Lighting for better driving and Tint thats what I did. The rims are too easily stolen around here so its been the thing I have been still holding off on, plus my tires still have life in them. But yeah rims really do make up the car, better than stock hubs

Chrome is too heavy I have heard and don't really look good on civics in my opinion. My sister has like 14 in Chromes and it looks bad in my opinion, I told her to get like 15 or 16 but nope didn't want to have to buy new tires at that time.

I think u should go for a nice pair of white mags and a nice set of tires. But when u buy ur new rims get some locks on them bc my friend just got is rims and tires stolen and he lost 2500 $ bc he didnt have locks.THen I would probably got wit lowering it. THen the ICE

naw, dont listen to them. u prob aint got tha money for rims yet. go with cosmo first. get some altezza tails, clear the healights cuz that yellow lens makes the car look so girly esp. a 4door, then get u some rims or ICE, i went with the ICE first. nobody really cares about rims and if they do they prob dont got a car.
