i just bought a 02 blue ex coupe i want to change the wheels .... i dont have that much money should i hold out for some 17's or get some 15's sooner im looking at either 5 or 6 spokes.. any ideas on which kind or size ??
I am going for 17" with 225/45/ tires my roads suck where I am moving to. Like 1100 I have found local right now internet is cheaper but I dunno if I will do the internet shipping may cost more than a install and buy local.

It depends on what you want. Light-weight rims are about the best performance mod you can do for your car. A lot of these guys have big heavy rims with big heavy tires. A lot of them weigh more than the stock setup.
You will get great handling but your acceleration and ride quality will suffer. I have 15" rota subzeros and I can tell the difference for sure. However, they look like poopoo with the stock tires. I am now considering going up to a 16" wheel but forged instead of cast. Forged wheels are what you want but are very, very, expensive. If you want acceleration and handling, go with a 16" forged wheel. You want to stay under 30lbs per wheel/tire. If all this weight stuff is meaningless to you, pick the wheel you like best and get 17s.
