i'm thinking you have an 01? i had the 01 and now i have the 02. the rear was really bouncy with the 01 but my 02 was fine... you shouldn't be going over them at 20mph anyways... to reduce it try going sideways as if your car was lowered...

I have like a 100+ pound sub box in my trunk. That takes away the bounce. Put more weight in your trunk then you won't have the bounce and a little more rear end traction.

I have the exact same problem. I currently have all stock parts right now like you do and I can't stand how bouncy my car is. It's a 2001 Civic EX Coupe. Even my little sister's '95 Corolla handles the little bumps and dips on the highway better than my car... in fact, MUCH better.

Dead hookers work if you can switch them out before they start to smell too bad.
