Noise from 2.2 Diesel engin

Noise from 2.2 Diesel engin Good day All
On the 22nd of February 2024 my 2009 Honda Civic's engine started making this terrible noise. As I cannot describe the noise I have attached a link to a short video containing the noise and also attached a file. I have not yet taken the car in as I have not found a suitable mechanic to have a look at it. I would appreciate some advice on the now said problem or what this could be.
