I've been seeing these videos on how to convert a P28 (Or any 92-00 ecu) from an automatic to a manual, but i was wondering is it possible to do it the other way around? sorry for the ignorant question but I cant help but wonder, I see them removing two resistors and boom, its a manual ecu, but is it that easy the other way around? do I just solder on two resistors and boom, now it an automatic? I might even do it my-self for a future build.

I doubt the MT ECU has the programming to shift AT gears, but I'm not 100% sure. At least with the AT ECU with an MT, you'd have to override the shift commands to not throw a code. Just word vomit thinking it through..
I'm gonna go ahead and say that you can't, but again, not 100% sure.

No
even if it has the extra wiring sockets, you would need to open the case, remove the control chip and flash it with an auto program, or buy a flashed chip.
