Is it the OEM Honda kit? If so, I'd bring it to them. If you did it yourself, I'd take it off, get some good tape from a body shop and reinstall it. Look at HandAaccessories.com for installation instuctions.

caps lock button, on the left, turn it off!! it's so hard to read stuff when it's all caps, and you don't need to yell. as far as the body kit, why don't you just glue it back on? isn't it bolted in somewhere??

First you should remove your body kit, then clean the area with simple green or something. Next go to Home Depot and buy some 3M double sided tape that is water proof and put it on the kit. Then put the kit back on your car. Most kits tend to fall off because water weakens the tape, so the water proof double sided tape should do the trick.

The tape is probably the best way to do it.
You could go for some epoxy or something like that. It would last a long time and keep that kit held on tight.
