95 swapped engine price Advice?

95 swapped engine price Advice?
I found a GSR swapped 95 civic with 100k miles on it and I wanted to ask for some advice on pricing. He's asking 1800. Mechanically its in good condition, interior is ok. Problems include a window regulator, dents in the door, no stereo, and only high beams work. What would a good price for it be?

does it look like a hack job or does it look like the swap was done by someone competent?

It looks legit and runs well. He has records for it too.

Well it might be ok then, I prefer not to buy other people's "projects" (read: headaches).
Try to get it for 1400 or 1500?
