So.... I have a 98 ek auto coupe. Wire bundle passes through firewall on driver's side. Some branch off onto engine harness. The wires in question pass between driver's strut tower and engine and head under cruise control unit. I need help figuring out what the following wires go to....
Red w/green
Red w/blue
Red w/yellow
Red w/white
Wires come from blue plug as pictured.
For some reason they have been cut into and twisted back together. Car runs like crap, assuming it has to do with these wires....
I've traced them as far as I can without removing components, ie: Cruse control, power steering reservoir, etc. Proper repair will be happening tonight, I have to splice wire in to give me the length I need to route them properly.
Just hoping a Honda guru would know what the blue plug drives.

Re: Ek Civic coupe, chopped wiring issues
If I had my girlfriend's car at work with me I'd go look for you.
I posted a link to download a manual here: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...pdated-13.html
not sure if the download link is still working. You would have to look through to find the connector.
Thanks for the link. I'll just have to search the PDF. It would seem that multiple plugs have red w/stripe wires but with your input I'm sure I can figure it out. I mean it was a $300 car
