So the sport civic is 180 Hp vs the EX-T is 174 Hp. Anyone know what Honda did to increase it? Is it just a chip or intake?

I just bought a 17' Hatchback EX in Grey

Also note for y'all considering a new purchase- I paid $20,958, Before military and student grad rebates. When you get to thefinancing stage, ask to see the Honda financing book- there's all sorts of discounts that you may qualify for and it keeps them from over charging your credit score column.

AFAIK, the exhaust is the difference.

The CRV version of the 1.5T has more changes for more power.

EDIT: Welcome to the forum!

The difference is more than likely in the ECU software itself. I haven't driven an EX, but own a Sport Hatch.
