2002 Silver Honda Civic HX Coupe (JDM Engine) For Sale (Maryland 21009)

2002 Silver Honda Civic HX Coupe
The Good:
One Owner, me, well cared for, adult owned, no kids, non smoker
The engine was replaced with a JDM (imported from Japan) engine in 2013 at 180,000 miles
So there are only about 110,000 miles on the Engine & the timing belt doesn't need to be replaced until 280,000 miles
The engine replacement was done by a reputable shop, and I have kept all receipts (There is a detailed thread on the forums regarding this engine swap)
Aftermarket Remote Locks
Aftermarket Power Windows
Power Locks
Cruise Control
Pioneer CD Player with AUX
Still gets 36+ MPG!
Manual Transmission/Stick Shift
The Bad:
It does leak some oil
There is a small crack in the exhaust manifold that sometimes trips an OBDII Code
Passenger Side Electronic Lock doesn't work, have to manually lock/unlock
SRS light needs to be reset by the stealership
The right turns signal blinks fast, despite having bulbs that work
Some rust spots on the exterior
A few scraps and dings, but not too bad for it's age
Tires are m'eh
Haven't changed the brakes in a while either
The driver's side headlight literally just went out two days ago, I should really replace that
I'm trying to think of anything else that may be wrong with it, but in all honesty this has been an Excellent daily driver for me for the past 15 years. I have 15 years of posts on this forum that you can search through, it's pretty easy to determine the car was cared for. Despite the original engine conking out at me at 180k miles, which was a shock, because it's needed so few repairs over the years. The car still has some life left in it, and I just want to sell it to someone looking for an affordable ride, rather than trade it in.
Pricing this was a little tricky. If you check KBB for a 2002 w/ 240,000 miles it will say about $1,500. For the engine, if you check KBB for a 2002 w/ 110,000 miles it will say about $2,150. These are private party prices in FAIR condition. All faults considered $1,500 is a good price.
