Are Underglows Extremely Illegal??
They look nice but if they are super illegal then forget it, after getting the muffler ticket, night driving is no fun anymore

u have to respect other's on the road the same way other drivers respect.
having neons under ur car is hype i do agree i had them last year.
were'nt so hot to me. thats why i stripped them off last winter.
if ur driving with ur neons and oncomin traffic is checking out ur ride and doesnt look wats in front?
that person can run over a bystander or crash into a pole or crash into a car..the list goes on.

Undercar kits are ILLEGAL if you have all of them ON.....your are not aloud to have the front and back.
you can have any color or anything you want on the side of your car
