Windows tint residue question

Hey guys, my window tint started coming off so I removed the whole tint. After removing the tint I saw that there is residue left on the window. How do I remove it? FYI I tried with soap and water but it didn't work... oh and im broke af so please suggest something cheap!

This was my first thought..... I don't ever have to deal with removing tint though.

I did check Google, but didn't feel like buying a steamer lol it also said razor blade which I think I'll do tomorrow. BTW thanks for the suggestion...
