1999 Honda Civic Ex - No start condition

Hello. I am new here and I am hoping that someone here can help me.

Car: 1999 Honda Civic Ex

What happened: One morning I started car went to go back inside and it shut off, never to start again.

What I have done: Tested all fuses for continuity, tested pgm (even bought new one and was able to return it once that wasn't it),Have spark at all plugs, Replaced distributor, have fuel at the rail, have power at fuel pump, have power and ground at injectors, replaced the computer, plugged in OB2 (no codes thrown)

The car wants to start but it appears that there is no fuel getting into the cylinders. When I pull a plug after trying to start it they are bone dry.
Its seems unlikely to me that all the injectors went bad all at once but at this point I am not sure what else to check. This post is my last ditch effort before I suck it up and bring it to the garage.

Only thing i haven't replaced is mass air flow sensor but i did take it off and blew it out...

Anyone have an ideas or experiences you could share?

Thanks in advance!

it appears that there is no fuel getting into the cylinders.
Grab a spray can of something flammable (carb and throttle cleaner) have someone cranking it while you spritz some into the throttle body. If it fires then you are lacking fuel.

plugged in OB2 (no codes thrown)
Got scanner? What does the computer think the coolant temp is? Is it accurate?

What does the TPS voltage read on the scanner?

is mass air flow sensor but i did take it off and blew it out...
