Hi all, admin I apologize if I post on the wrong thread.

So for starters I have 95 civic lx with 306k miles. I had it for about 15k the owner before were my parents. One day the battery died then the motor stared idling no big deal. Someone steal my car for the radio. Just the other day this lady ran the stop sign and hit me between the driver door and fender. That little corner. Not too bad but I have a hard time opening the door because the edges hit. I also notice when I step on the clutch I'm not able to put in gear. I have to pull the clutch then press down to get in gear. The lady want to settle outside the insurance but I might have to make a claim and squeeze in the problem with the clutch.

I was planing on rebuilding the car. Not personally but using my credit to good use. I recently changed out the front seats to integra seats. I've been looking at suspension.

I'm not sure what's my best option if I should replace the motor with a low mileage or rebuild.

Or complete get rid of it and buy a car. I just want reliable car for another 300k plus.

I'm in San Diego. I really don't know. I'm the type I change cars every two years. I have to stop.
