Can you feel it switch when you press the fog light button? Do you have a volt meter?

Re: 97 civic fog lights not working

Ok, so your probably getting power to your relay if it is clicking (best to check with a meter). Is the fuse from the relay to the fog lights ok?

You need to check if your getting power to the lights and work back to the switch. A test light would work. A wet tongue would also.

Installation error. Or both your fog light bulbs are bad (probably not).

Did you get a meter? Do you have pics? Can you explain how you wired it?

Complete cooling system service. Drain, flush, new thermostat, clean exterior of radiator, install 50/50 mix of coolant, bleed air from system, check operation of water pump and cooling fan.
