Re: sticker bomb

I would plasti dip the whole car personally. It's easy to peel off and as far as application it sounds pretty hard to screw up.. Sticker bomb just looks more messy to me.

Re: sticker bomb

The DIY plastidip kit is under $300 if I recal correctly. I have seen cars with it done and it looks nice at first but then it fads and looks like crap. I think they make a clear coat for it though, worth checking out.

Re: sticker bomb

You could go down to your local sign shop and ask for a few yards of Air-Release vinyl. It's very easy to work with and would provide the temporary protection you are looking for. Probably less than $100 since they aren't printing anything on it or laminating it.

Re: sticker bomb

I like the venal idea as well. Plasti dip is pretty inexpensive check videos on YouTube. It's not made to be permanent infact it's made to be exactly the opposite. It's designed to peel off when u get bored of it.

Personally I'd just go get a 3 stage polish and some elbow grease. You'd be surprised how much of a difference it can make. Probably not perfect but better than what it is right now.
