Water Leak!!

Hi All
I have water coming in the boot passenger side from between the outer body and inner skin. I have soaked the back light, boot seal with no results and also checked the breather. It's also coming in the passengerside front well. The only thing I can see is the rubber seal on the back offside door has shrunk about half an inch at the top near the centre post between the doors. If this is it how on earth is it making its way into the boot?? Help!!!!
