'99 Civic SI, B18B, 5 Sp, no Reverse, What's it Worth?

I have an opportunity to buy a 99 Civic SI coupe that has had a bunch of modifications made to it. I have an 01 EX auto, but I can probably get this car cheap, but it needs work.
Apparently has had a B18B swap (13218xx on block). Has a 5 or 6 speed speed manual (has 6 sp pattern on ****), but will not go into reverse, not sure why. Starts right up, runs rough - rupp - rupp - rupp - rupp, etc. Timing belt exposed, may have been lowered, has aftermarket headlights (newer style I think), cool running lights. I believe it's a kid's hot rod (I'm 52). Has a racing header, billet motor mounts, aftermarket 5 spoke aluminum tires, decent tires, custom molding along bottom of car to make it 2-3 inches closer to road.
The Good: nice white body is straight, looks nice, has blue interior, decent. Started right up, runs like it's a heavily modified race motor, or just running rough, can't tell which. Engine started right up after not being started for a month, no smoke or smell when started. Looks nice under hood with big header and custom intake. Decent tires and wheels. Current VA inspection.
The Bad: AC totally removed, as well as PS Pump. Will not shift into reverse. Center of dash around radio missing. 197K on odometer.
I don't know anything else about this car, did drive it around yard, but could not tell anything about it other than it drove and had a heavily cammed or rough running engine..
Sorry, no pictures at the moment. Just want to get a rough idea what it is worth. Thanks!!!

Worth about $250/ton, unless you really want a high mileage ragged out car with so many problems like that..

Trans work alone is already worth more than the car IMO.

I wouldn't have called it that, but I'm not always all that P.C..

I personally would skip it and let some kid that wants it have at it.

Surely there are far better examples if you look and wait.
