I am seeking the collective wisdom from this forum on how to price my 2002 Honda Civic - or if I should do fixes before selling. Or if I should scrap... Here are the details:

- 2002 Tan Honda Civic EX
- Odometer & Speedometer broke 20 months ago, mileage lists 156,000. Real mileage is probably around 170,000.
- A/C does not work.
- Car overheats and I expect it's the head gasket (no mechanic).
- Exterior condition is below average.
- Interior condition is about average.

What I've done for troubleshooting.
- Overheats when I increase RPM, not in idle.
- Coolant leaks out overflow.
- Cooling fan doesn't come on: motor and relay work.
- Thermostat Worked in boiling water.
- small drips come out of back driver side of engine (why I think it's engine).

I want to fairly list my car and be as honest as possible to a potential buyer(fixer). Do you have any advice for me? I appreciate your thoughts.
