Running real rich
I got a 92 civic ex and the dipshit that owned it before me switched the engine and its become mission ****ing impossible to find obd Plug in. The computer is directly below the dash but I only or that far , any help?

92 does not have an OBD2 plug.
It should only have an SCS connector (2 wires) and a Serial Data connector (3 wires).
Do not mess with the 3 wire connector unless you have a scanner that works with this.

Most people will not convert the car to newer emissions (OBD2), they will simply convert the newer engine to the older OBD1 configuration. Much easier.
Get the part number from the engine computer and see what car it is supposed to fit, that will tell your answer.
