I have a civic lx 2003 manual. I got up this morning and left for school like normal. When I'm about a block away from entering the campus, all of the electronics shut off. All of the dashboard lights (but the battery and airbag light), the radio, even all of the meters (speedometer, etc.) I did notice the battery light always on (when the car is on) in the past few days but I was not sure if that was normal or not. I got to school, parked, turned it off, and tried to turn it on again, but it failed. I just hear clicking sounds and the dashboard flickers. I stopped trying and checked the battery (everything seemed fine). I think tried it a couple of minutes later, I was able to successfully start it 3 times, each time stalling before it actually started, and the last time I left the car on for 10 minutes to let it charge. after letting the ttery charge, the car wouldn't start again, it just made clicking sounds and flicked the lights again. I can turn on all the electronics (radio, windows, etc.) Like normal, but when I try to crank it, it fails.

I suspect your alternator is bad. You've been running on battery for quite some time. Get your alternator checked.

Can you explain what specifically makes you suspect that? Should the battery light be on while I'm driving? If not, does that mean I'm using the batteries power instead of the alternator?

The reason why I did not suspect a dead battery was because the car did start the 3 times, and I can still turn the key to use the radio, AC, windows, etc.
