Electrical problems "NEED HELP"

I have a 97 civic HX with a surging problem. I bought the car about a year and a half ago and it still has the problem but here are the issues

Problems:
Car turns off randomly
Rpms surge when car is warm
Also surges after I run the car at around 40 mph and then slow down to around 20mph
Lights dim when I accelerate
If I break the Rpms rev up to 2k
When car is warm and comes to a complete stop, car struggles to stay on
There's a few more that I can't think of...

Things I've done:

I got a new battery
Alternator checked and is good
Cleaned the tb
Cleaned the intake manifold
Changed both tb and intake manifold to skunk2 problem was still their so switched back to stock

Things I have:

I have a small sound system
And a viper alarm

I have a feeling it's the eld I'm not sure

Any suggestions on what I should or if any one knows how to fix it that would be great

Thank

Oh I also have 3 cel I'll post them up late
