Please someone pass me a copy of THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT, i can't find it on the website, so BS, a cop pulled me over in Richmond Hill, I was super quiet and was going 60 (speed limit), He pulls me over and says that my muffler is illegal because its "free flowing" or some BS, didn't even ask for sound taste or something, he asked me what kind it was, i said "APEXI N1" he goes, "yeah thats illegal, its a racing muffler only for racing purposes" i was like WTF, then he goes wheres your registration because i only gave licence and insurance, so then he goes "what else mods did you do" i said intake, he asks me to pop the hood and starts messing around with my intake, like grabbing it and shiet, fu-kkkkkkkk anyways after all this BS, and even checking out my foglights for a while, he goes to his car and sits in there for 15 mins, holly crap make me wait so long, then he comes back with 2 tickets, i thought he was gonig to give me a warning,............ basically this is BS, he is stating that all mufflers are illegal? hell naw, i'm fighting this but i need some tips and help, here are the pics of the tickets.........

i have a highway traffic act at work kere - will look it up for you - the second ticket looks legit but i don't know about the first??? improper muffler??? fight that for sureeeeeeeeee

Rep Power: 0 Just take it to court and tell the judge that the muffler has already been removed from your cara nd that you were not aware of the consequences of having one, you'll get the ticket reduced or maybe even thrown out, depending on the judge.
In regards to your ownership, tell them that your old one was lost and that you had already requested a temporary copy from your insurance, while the ministry was on strike, thats why you didnt have it, tell the judge that you had looked into getting another one and that it was gonna cost you $10 bucks ro replace it and that you would have ASAP if you could but the strike was holding you back.

in the states isn't it illegal to sell/produce/manufacture mufflers that dont pass the sound test???

last i check the apexi N1 has a 7db. its on their site.
u should have said it was a replica N1 from some no name company.

My friend did a sound test on his muffler and it meets the requirements, plus getting a muffler isn't illegal so wtf is this idiot talking about, damn this pisses me off, well i'll be prepared for the court date, that a$$ told me to go to court too, so he wanted to go 1 on 1 with great one in court, i need to get some research to own him back, he wasted all my time.........
