No more OMNI POWER LCAs?

So I've been buying all the rest of my parts for my suspension and the last thing on my list to buy we're LCAs. I was torn between f7 and omni. I decided to go with omni and before I submitted my order I was going to send them an email to see if they had them in stock. And I recieved a reply saying that omni power stopped making them 4-5 yrs ago. Is there a reason for this that anyone knows of? Bad design, Longevity, Didnt sell well? It sucks because a lot of sites still say they carry them. But I don't see how since they were no longer in production 4-5 years ago.

I still would really like to get my hands on some. So if anyone knows of a site or someone thats selling please let me know.

Omni LCAs look unbelievable, but the quality never matched, and at the same price point as F7 they couldn't compete.

Most sites that sell car parts don't actually stock products, rather they are intermediaries, when you order from then an order is triggered from the manufacturer. For that reason, parts that have been long discontinued are often still listed on sites.

Burn. Well I guess I'm going to placing my order for the f7s then.

Mind bomber. One more question. Do you know if there is any other way to get te 10 star socket other then SPC? Or am I stuck paying the 25$+ shipping.

I picked up one used for $10 shipped on Clubrsx, you could give that route a shot. Otherwise I think you need to bite the bullet on that overpriced socket.

Skunk2 LCAs come with the socket included, but they're inferior to F7 IMO.

I've heard of people using vice grips and pipe wrenches to remove them without needing to buy the special socket. I love using my pipe wrenches on suspension bolts and they'll grip almost anything, so that would definitely be worth a shot.
