Broken plastic piece on outside door around window. Is this easily fixable?

Hello,

Im prepping my Honda for sale and there is one last piece to the puzzle I want to fix. The plastic on the outside around the window on the driver side door is broken which is causing the rubber seal not to sit perfectly at the corner. It looks like this is a simple plastic piece that can be replaced. I have attached some pictures. Is this easy to replace? And if so, where can I find this piece or what is it called?

If it is replaceable, how do I go about doing this? Thanks for the help!

Number 6: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...NG+-+PROTECTOR

It just pops off. Replace any clips (number 20) that break.

Great! So Left = driver side I guess? I wish they would just put driver/passenger side

Left and right are always determined from sitting in the drivers seat, no matter which end of the car you are staring at.

Yes, left side.
