I was changing my rotors n brake pads, i finished one side, then the otherside the rotor screws wouldn come off. The screws shredded and i couldnt get it out with anything. i cant use impact screwdriver because i tried drilling the top of the screw off. Both screws are messed up Does anyone have any ideas?? Heat it up with a blowtorch?

If you are talking about the two screws that holds the rotors to the hub. Just drill them out with reverse thread drills. If they don't come out. just drill them until you can get the rotor out. You don't need those anyways. They rust here in Wisconsin, so I always remove them.

You will have to drill them out now probably. Was you using a impact screw driver cause when you use them it basically does it itself. There is no need for trying to loosin it with strength. All you do is hit it hard and barely turn it and it does it with ease.

Just drill them right out. I'm doing mine right now. You don't need those screws anyway.

just drill it straight thru til the screw breaks up and comes out. you dont need to save the threads either. just put the rotor back, then the wheel. the wheel nuts will hold everything in place anyway.

Take a chisel & grind the sharp edge flat (about 1/8" wide), take your hammer & hit the edge of the screw CCW direction, keep tapping/hitting it & it will start breaking loose & turning, then screw it out with your screwdriver. Works everytime.

Got a Dremell with pointy grinder bits?? Take them out.
Don't need them anyhow...Grind enough to pop off the rotor, then take them down flush, like previous post.., a bit of anti-seize on back side of rotor, after a quick wire brushing, and it'll fall off next brake job.
Done it a few dozen times..
Good luck!
