Very loud clicking when defrost and ac is on!

Hey, my girlfriend has an 04 civic dx coupe.

On sunday me and her brother installed some ebay foglights and the next morning when she turned on her defroster she heard a very loud clicking noise only when the defroster or ac is on. When the heat is on it is normal. I just took the bumper off to see if maybe any of the wire looms from the fogs were hitting anything but they are not.

Does anyone have any idea on what it could be? I tried searching google and some people are saying something can be stuck in the blower motor or fan. Both fans in in front of the radiator seem to be fine, I even unplugged them and the noise was still there. Does anyone know how I can check the blower motor out? Im not too car savvy so I have no idea where it is located. Thanks alot for your help

The AC compressor will click loudly when it turns on or off. May be a short in the connection causing it to turn on and off continuously.

Open the glovebox and remove the stops (1 on either side, you gotta sneak a finger behind the side and push the stop into the glovebox). Then the glovebox will swing free and you'll see the door for the in-cabin filters:

My finger is on the lever. Open the door, pull the filters, then reach your hand in there and feel around real good for leaves and such. If the sound persists, remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the blower moter to pull the blower motor. If the sound still persists post back and we'll try something else.
