D15B2 With D16Z6 Head?
So i have a complete d15b2 motor for a backup that i picked up for free from a buddy that i want to put in my 95 civic coupe dx, i was wanting to do the Minnie me swap (as everyone keeps calling it) before i drop it in though, i will be getting a d16z6 head here shortly for pretty cheap also, so from what I've read in the forums basically the only other things you need are the z6 dizzy and then a new ecu? i have the P06 ECU stock in my car now does it really need swapped? and if so for what ECU? i also heard that instead of swapping it you could just get your stock ECU remapped and ad a chip and it will tune it where you want it? i know you have to wire in the vtech somehow also I'm not sure exactly how to do that either so if anyone could help with some advice it would be nice, i also know that i should get a z6 timing belt and like the z6 head gasket or one of the other d series gaskets to make the compression go higher and have a better gasket as well? hit this post up and let me know what everyone else has done in my situation and how well does it really work? HP wise?
