my civic is still running really rough at idle but there is no idle prob at alllll. It feels like my motor mounts are all shot until i hit the gas and she is as smooth as new; until my rpms go back down to about 15 and back to running rough. The vibration changes slightly when i use power (ex my power windows). It will get a little stronger and go away when I let the button go. Also once in a while the vibration will compleatly go away but only for like 5 seconds. The car is babied and is up on all its maintence. I had changed all the mounts including the trans, i changed all plugs, cleaned all filters except the fuel filter, and changed some sensors. I cleaned the throttle body and all the other things that are on gearboxs thread. i was thinking something to do with my timing belt maybe its jumped a tooth or possible the tensior is to tight. idk any imput would be appreciated. oh 02 civic lx thanks

if the car drives fine, its not the timing belt. what is your idle rpm speed in gear and in neutral? should be around 700rpms +/- 50.

its like 8sh 900rpm in gear and in neutral. ya it drives perfect.
