HELP!!! Anybody who's had condensation in tail lights?

i just bought some chrome apc's about a month ago, last week i noticed some condensation build up. i get up this morning and the condensation is horrible now, how have you fixed the problem? i've done a search but not really anything there, have you actually taken the tail light apart before you re-seal it? how do i get rid of the condensation in there right now?

thanks for the help

Another quality APC product ! Several members have had problems with their APC tails fogging up. I believe some people have taken them apart to dry and then resealed them, but a hair dryer will work if you take them off and the bulbs out and blow the air into the holes where the bulbs went. takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get them good and clear again. I have to do my fog light that way.

personaly i would take them back.

hair drying them only works till it gets more condensation in it.

To permittaly solve the problem your going to need to open it and reseal it.

I haven't taken to close of a look at mine (Thier not APC though)

but i'm pretty sure if you put them in the oven at 150 for 10-15 mins, you should be able to pry them open then, reseal w/ Silicone Clear exterior caulk.
