Bent Tire????

so i went to service my car today and the dealer said my right rear tire is bent???? any ideas on what exactly this is?? how it happened?? is it serious???

maybe he meant the rim (metal wheel part) was bent, which can happen from potholes and dips in the road. tires can bulge or crack but i havent heard of them bending lol. but yeah in either case its serious, i would get it replaced.
