Idle problem and code throwing
I have a 91 Civic CX and its throwing code eight at me which looks like TDC position Except the car starts fairly normally,but when I start it it will idle normally until the check engine light comes on,then it will start to idle at lower rpms almost like its running lean.It does not have a muffler on it and I drilled holes in the airbox and removed the tubing.Im just wondering if thats related,It did just get a new cap and rotor.And im also finding oil in the sparkplug holes.

if its tdc code then i would try to replace that sensor first. for oil in spark plug holes, get a valve cover set with new spark plug tube seals.
