What are the cheapest mods (not engine mods) more appearance/exhaust ? to do to a fully stock 1989 civic hatch ?

When I mean cheap I have like 800$ to spend or so.

anyone have any amazing ideas?

Lowering the car properly would run you around $800, you get a nice tight suspension by doing that as well though.

Rims, painted brakes, SS brake lines, sway bars, cf parts, seat swaps..

First thing one addresses is the suspension, depends on what kind of stance you wanna achieve. If your in a budget, think about how u plan to utilize the car on a long term basis then it's best to save up more and do it correctly than regrettably having to replace parts along the way if u mix and match parts incorrectly.
