05 Honda Civic LX SE audio need help!

So I'm going to buy a new radio, two 12 inch alpine sub woofers and an amp that can handle the watts of coarse, but I have a couple of questions.... I just really don't know where to run any of the wires like the main power cable that goes to the battery. Basically I just want a tutorial on how to hook up this new system I'm going to buy and where to run the wiring. I hope someone can help! Thanks so much and I apologize if this is in the wrong section (I'm new to the site)

your power wire should run from your batt through your fire wall and into your car.most likely you are going into your trunk so you willl need to pull up your plastics that trim the bottom of your door.when you get to the back seat the wires should come out from the plastics and under the seats and into your trunk out of sight.

Ok so I'm going to have to drill a hole through my fire wall for my power cord that runs to my battery then to my amplifier. Then of coarse the wires from the subwoofer cabinet to my amplifier but I'm not 100 percent sure which spot the positive (red) and negative (black) wires connect to on the amplifier, but I think I can figure that part out on my own.

I need help on how to remove the dashboard to get to my radio. I found a video on youtube but that car is manual and mine is automatic. Can someone watch this video for me and tell me if this process will be any different with an automatic car? And if the process is different can you tell me exactly what I need to do. Thanks and here is the video link
