GC Sleeves stuck on stock shocks?

To keep it short, know any tips on removing the sleeves from stock shocks?
I'm currently doing my suspension at this moment. I'm going out right now to get a tie rod separator because my tie rods just don't want break free(pita!) And I'm also going to see how much it is to drill my tokico dspecs out at local shops. I need those drilled out to 16mm.

Tie rods are a PITA, just be careful not to tear the dust boots with the separator because they don't sell dust boot replacements for our cars.

Tell me about it.. That's the only thing holding me back right now. I tried hammering but I did not want to wreck the threads.
I'm currently doing the fronts today and the rears tomorrow.

They were the only things that held me back too, since I didn't want to re-assemble my car to go buy a tie rod separator I just hammered on them carefully till they came loose and the threads weren't damaged.

Yeah I finally got them off. I rented a tie rod separator(the ones that push the bolt up) at my local O'Reillys. Came off easy. Got the sleeves off too. Tomorrow I will be doing the rears.
